Students at Nazareth University in Rochester, N.Y. now have a first-hand look at where their food comes from thanks to a new “micro farm” in the dining hall.

Nazareth University is taking the phrase "farm to table" to the the next level, starting at the pizza station.

At Nazareth University in Rochester, N.Y., Sodexo’s dining program aims to help the students feel more embedded in their new local community by bringing in local products, vendors, and even restaurants.

Nazareth Dining was host to Global Chef Evelien de Bot, who brought the flavors of The Netherlands to Rochester for lunch and dinner at the dining commons.
