Simple Servings: A station that does not feature 7 of the top 8 allergens (including wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, and shellfish). We do feature fin fish as a protein option. This food is prepped in its own area in the kitchen and brought out to the serving lines where an attendant serves it. The attendant is trained on allergens and cross contamination. The serving and prepping utensils are both purple as another reminder that this is an allergen free station. Signage is available at the station which describes the food and lists any allergens present (outside of the 7 previously listed). If you have any questions about the food being served, you can ask the attendant. If the attendant does not know the answer, he/she will ask the kitchen staff to come out and answer the question. This station is open for brunch and dinner on the weekends and lunch and dinner during the week. Although the food at the station is paired to go together, you may pick and choose what you want rather than get all the options.
