Simple Servings: A station that does not feature 7 of the top 8 allergens (including wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, and shellfish). We do feature fin fish as a protein option. This food is prepped in its own area in the kitchen and brought out to the serving lines where an attendant serves it. The attendant is trained on allergens and cross contamination. The serving utensils are purple (as is the prepping utensils) as another reminder that this is an allergen free station. Signage will be available at the station which will describe the food and list any allergens if any are present (outside of the 7 previously listed). If you have any questions about the food being served you can ask the attendant and, if they do not know they answer, they will ask the kitchen staff to come out and answer the question as well. This station is open for brunch and dinner on the weekends and lunch and dinner during the week. Although the food at the station is paired up to go together, you may pick and choose what you want rather than get all the options.
